Jill Dabbs joins the OZ Development Board of Directors with enthusiasm for youth sports development and massive experience in non-profit growth. The current Executive Director for Downtown Springdale Alliance and the former Mayor of Bryant, Arkansas, is a connector. Her readiness and enthusiasm for helping cities meet their goals has not gone unnoticed, and her vision has been embraced by both local and state leaders.

Mike Kuhl grew up bike racing and gave an enthusiastic “yes” to serving on the Board for OZ Devo. Mike currently works as a Senior Vice President at the NPD Group, handling data, industry expertise, and prescriptive analytics to help grow businesses in a changing world. Mike is a Bentonville resident, has a family of four, and will be serving as OZ Devo’s Treasurer.

Ken has just about the biggest heart you can find when it comes to getting kids on bikes. Ken has worked with multiple NICA programs, FAST (Friends of Arkansas Single Track), and other youth development programs, donating hours of his time coaching and mentoring young athletes. He’s recently a retired man, after having sold a wildly successful car lot in Bentonville called Showcase.

Ernie grew up racing on elite junior national teams and ever since has dreamt of passing that along. He is the co-founder of OZ Development and loves to work with young athletes. Ernie is a contributing member to the Board, with 35+ years of competitive racing and industry experience combined. Ernie is the Director for the team and travels all around the nation with the OZ Devo squad. A father of four, he still races gravel and bikepacking events and is the head bike fitter for Leborne Coaching in Bentonville.
