Developing the next generation of cyclists
Northwest Arkansas has the framework for incredible opportunities in the sport of cycling.
As a non-profit 501(c)(3) program, our aim is to give up-and-coming junior cyclists a pathway and dedicated racing platform unique to their age, with a focus on top UCI-level junior competitions. While it’s definitely not all about the results, we do hope to prepare riders for collegiate or even professional racing if they so choose.
We are funded by donations from partners and community businesses who believe we play an incremental role in the Northwest Arkansas cycling ecosystem. OZ Development’s vision is to create a healthy, competitive racing platform for elite junior cyclists ages 13-22 from around this region. We seek to instill a love for the sport, excitement for an outdoor lifestyle, and good habits that lead to a lifetime of participation in the sport of cycling.

We depend on the generosity of our partners, contributors, and sponsors! As a 501(c)(3) program, your donations are tax-deductible. Training junior athletes at the highest level takes a lot. From transit to races, staffing and organizing race schedules, and keeping equipment well-maintained, our partners help keep our athletes at the top of their game.
